In conjunction with The Orewa Beach 8 Hour Teams Challenge happening all day  on the oval along with bands and entertainment on the infield.

We invite you to be apart of this unique and low cost way of exposing your group  or business to hundreds of possible new members and customers from the Rodney area.

Exhibitors will need to provide your own shelter ie gazebo or marquee and with a large open grass area available to us there is no limit on size so use what you have.

You are welcome to sell on your site and use whatever marketing tools  and equipment available to you

We encourage demonstrations and will provide a staging area for this.

Please let us know if you are interested in providing entertainment on the day.

Exhibitors will include: Clubs, Sports groups, Retail, Gyms, Personal Trainers, Schools, Sports physicians, Sports Nutrition, Sports Massage

We will promote this event through Signage, Internet marketing,

newspaper and radio bits.

We hope for fine weather on the day however as we know this cannot always be guaranteed so unless the weather is completely unrealistic we will not cancel.

No refund on Expo sites will be given 2 weeks prior to our event due to administration costs.
